What is a Tenant Advisor?
A tenant advisor (also known as a tenant representative) is a specialized business consultant who represents exclusively companies looking for or renegotiating office space - never building owners. Unlike traditional full-service real estate agencies, which serve both sides of the transaction simultaneously, a tenant advisor operates with zero conflict of interest.
Brookfield Partners is the longest-operating firm on the Polish market built on an exclusive tenant representation model. This means every recommendation, analysis, and negotiation is conducted 100% in our client's interest. We do not receive commissions from landlords for recommending specific buildings - we recommend the locations that truly best fit the tenant's needs.
