Mariola has over 20 years of experience creating workplace environments for global corporations across the EMEA region (over 300,000 sqm), working at the intersection of several disciplines: workplace strategy, commercial negotiations, change management and project management. She helps boards see what is invisible from within the organization.

At Brookfield Partners, she creates "tailor-made" solutions, proving that a modern office is not just square meters but, above all, a tool for building engagement. As a certified Change Manager and Project Manager, she leads organizations through complex relocation and space rearrangement projects, starting not with buildings but with listening: how teams work, where energy flows, and what people really say.

Her portfolio includes over 60 conference appearances, articles and workshops (for SODA, American Chamber of Commerce, among others), educating in areas such as office UX, inclusive recruitment processes and hybrid work. Nominated for Top Woman in Real Estate 2023. Completed neurodiversity studies at SWPS, lectures at Gdańsk University of Technology, served as Director and Mentor of Founder Institute in the CEE region. Previously built her expertise at Cushman & Wakefield (Head of Workplace Strategy Poland & CEE) and AECOM.
