She has over 20 years of experience in creating workplaces for global corporations across the EMEA region, totalling more than 300,000 m². Her work sits at the intersection of several disciplines: workplace strategy, commercial negotiations, change management and project management.

Her portfolio includes more than 60 conference talks, articles and workshops, including for SODA and the American Chamber of Commerce, where she shares her expertise in areas such as office UX, inclusive recruitment and hybrid work. Nominated for the prestigious Top Woman in Real Estate 2023 award, Mariola is a recognised voice in the debate on the office of the future.

She holds a degree in neurodiversity and actively applies this knowledge to designing environments that support employees' focus and wellbeing. As Director for Poland and CEE Mentor at Founder Institute, she has supported leaders and start-ups in their growth phase.

She begins every project not with buildings, but with listening: to how teams work, where the energy flows and what people are really saying.
