Jakub is responsible for business development. He acquires new clients and builds long-term relationships with them that do not end on the day the lease is signed.

He brought almost 20 years of experience from other industries, where he took part in delivering new offices. As a result, he looks at an office move more broadly than through the lease alone. He knows what happens next: during design, fit-out and the move itself. He also has a legal education, which has repeatedly helped him in negotiations and when concluding agreements on behalf of clients.

What he values most is contact with people. For every company, an office move is a process full of unknowns, and Jakub enjoys taking on the problems that come up along the way and solving them together with the client.

He has a soft spot for spaces with history. After hours he photographs post-industrial architecture, although sometimes he does not even need a camera. Simply being inside old factory walls is enough.
