Filip is a Partner at Brookfield Partners. For many years he has advised Polish and international companies on finding and leasing office space. The clients he has worked with include Electrolux and IWealth.

Within the firm he is responsible for office market analytics. He develops OfficeList Pulse, a service with data on vacancy, rents, sublease and new supply in the eight largest cities in Poland. The Brookfield Partners team uses the same figures in the negotiations it runs for clients.

He hosts the Okiem najemcy (Through the Tenant's Eyes) video channel: short commentaries on market data from the tenant's perspective, including the Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław office markets.

He is a law graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin. In 2011 he completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2019 he has been a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, an international network of business owners.

Outside of work, he is interested in boxing, photography and design in the broadest sense.
