The so-called Big 5 firms serve both sides of the transaction simultaneously, which can limit negotiation aggressiveness on your behalf. Our model guarantees that every recommendation and decision is made solely in your interest.
How much does it cost to work with Brookfield Partners?
Our fees are fully transparent and determined individually before engagement begins. In most cases, our honorarium is covered from the landlord's budget (landlord incentive), meaning the client incurs no additional costs. Our clients' average ROI is 4-5x the value of our fee.
What does the cooperation process look like from first contact?
We start with a free consultation where we analyze your needs. Then we prepare a strategy in 5 steps: Find (market analysis), Negotiate (rental terms), Design (workplace), Build (fit-out), and Manage (advisory care).
