Milena represents clients in the commercial real estate market. She specialises in office relocations and lease renegotiations, advising Polish and international companies both in Warsaw and in key regional markets, including Wrocław, Poznań and Lublin.

She has been part of Brookfield Partners since 2016. Her portfolio includes work with companies such as MSC, Enefit, PIB Group, Symphony AI, Lufthansa Technik, TPA Group, Envelo (Polish Post), Angelini Pharma and Notus Finanse.

She represents tenants only, which means her advice is fully independent and free from conflicts of interest. This allows her to optimise costs and tailor both the leasing strategy and the office fit-out to each client's needs.

In her day-to-day work, she focuses on building long-term relationships based on trust. She stands out for her remarkable enthusiasm, commitment and individual approach to every project.

Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding, travelling and architecture.
