Filip is a Partner at Brookfield Partners, responsible for the Tenant Representation division. He is a law graduate of Leon Koźmiński Academy, where he studied at the Faculty of Law and Business.

He has been active in the commercial real estate market for more than 15 years. From 2011 he worked at Kancelaria Brochocki as a Senior Real Estate Advisor, developing his specialisation in advising office tenants. In 2015 he became a Partner at Brookfield Partners and took responsibility for the team of advisors in the Tenant Representation division.

Over his career he has personally led dozens of office transactions and supervised several hundred more. He is responsible for the firm's largest and most complex projects and for working with key clients. His projects include work for Grand Parade, Revolut, Baker Tilly TPA, Boehringer Ingelheim and Haribo.

Clients value Filip for his professionalism, analytical approach and close attention to detail, which often proves decisive for the final outcome of a transaction. He combines market experience with a legal education and negotiation skills, which lets him look at projects from both the business and the contractual side. His goal is to give clients the highest possible standard of service and to consistently protect their interests at every stage of the process.

Outside of work, Filip devotes most of his free time to his family. He is a husband and father of two. He is also passionate about competitive sport: in summer he prefers kitesurfing, and in winter he looks for challenges on ski slalom courses. He can also often be found on padel courts, drawing on many years of playing tennis, which culminated in representing his university in competitions.

Alongside sport, books are an important source of his philosophy of life, especially the works of the Stoics.
