Project goal

Adapt office for hybrid work and verify market for alternative locations.

Project execution

Collaboration began with workplace workshops. Following meetings with managers and employee surveys, office requirements were identified. Alternative locations were verified and design plans and guidelines prepared. After detailed analysis, Coface decided to stay at West Station, optimizing the office for hybrid work and reducing lease area.
