Project Goal
Create an exemplary space for existing and future client locations. Modern conditions for on-site and hybrid work. 15 meeting rooms and a large conference room with a coffee point.
Collaboration Process
A list of buildings meeting location and standard guidelines was prepared. Number one was Plac Unii. After preparing the layout and design plan, contractor bids were collected. The quotes exceeded budget - through effective negotiations with contractors, we managed to reduce design costs by 15%.
