An international shipping line and global leader in container transport. Operating in Poland since 1998. Specializes in transporting chemicals, forest products, food, and many other goods.

Project goal

Adapt space to the company's dynamic growth and new recruitment. Increase office area with additional amenities: large kitchen, relaxation areas, terrace.

Project execution

We defined the company's needs and analyzed market options. Three properties on the shortlist underwent detailed verification in terms of standard, space plans, and valuations. Postępu 14 was selected after thorough analysis. The spacious terrace was a key asset aligned with MSC Poland's well-being philosophy.
