Project goal

Alorica chose Łódź for its first Polish office and third in the EMEA region. Priority: central location with excellent transportation and the highest building standard.

Project execution

Brookfield Partners was selected to partner on the opening of the first Polish office. Main task: present the specifics of the Polish office market to those responsible for international expansion. We analyzed all options and coordinated negotiations and technical work through construction supervision and handovers.
