Brookfield Partners was selected to carry out a comprehensive relocation process for three Polish offices - in Warsaw, Poznan and Krakow. The company's strategy was to improve the standard of the local offices and secure a long-term lease for office space.
Among other things, Brookfield Partners provided comprehensive services in searching for suitable office space, analyzing the real estate market, negotiating lease terms, and advising on the design and fit-out of the new offices.
