Duda Holding manages a group of companies owned by the Duda family, founders of one of the first private investment funds in the Polish market - OPOKA Investment Fund, and the creators of the Polish Meat Concern DUDA S.A. For over two decades, it has been combining the best traditions of Polish agriculture with the concept of dynamic development, guided by the principles of perseverance and endurance. With a keen market sense and a willingness to take risks, Duda Holding currently oversees companies operating in various business sectors, including investments, finance, and real estate.
Purpose
The main goal of the process was to find an office in a central location with good accessibility. The client primarily focused on prestigious buildings to ensure that the office would serve as a company's showcase. The company prioritized the well-being of its employees, striving to create modern working conditions within the office space.
Process
Collaboration on the project began with the preparation of a list of buildings that met the guidelines for location and standards of the desired space. Together with the client, a shortlist of buildings was selected for more advanced negotiations. Ultimately, the clear favorite turned out to be the KróLEWska building, due to its proximity to the current location. The next step in the process was to prepare a functional layout, followed by a preliminary office design, and to gather quotes from companies specializing in finishing the space.
The costs of space arrangement proved to be a significant challenge during the implementation process. However, thanks to effective negotiations with construction companies, it was possible to maintain the planned office project and successfully sign a lease agreement.
