Purpose
Alorica chose Lodz for its first office in Poland. The priority for choosing an office building was a central location with excellent transport links to all parts of the city and a building that meets the highest office standards.
Process
Brookfield Partners was selected by Alorica to cooperate in the opening of the first office in Poland and the third in the EMEA region. Brookfield Partners' main task was to present and explain the specifics of the office market in Poland to those responsible for international expansion at Alorica. As part of its work, the firm analyzed all available office project options from a technical and commercial point of view, in order to select the most attractive office investments in line with the client's strict guidelines.
Brookfield Partners also coordinated the commercial negotiations and all technical and design arrangements, up to the supervision of construction work and acceptance of the finished space. Ultimately, Brookfield Partners helped Alorica find a suitable office in Poland that met all requirements and guidelines, and provided support and project coordination services to ensure the successful implementation of Alorica's expansion plans in Poland.
